Beginner Pistol - Level 1
This 2.5 hour beginner pistol class is designed to introduce new shooters to the fundamentals of pistol safety and marksmanship. Whether you have never handled a firearm before or want to refresh your skills, this class provides a comprehensive and hands-on introduction to safe and effective pistol shooting.
- Safety: Learn the four firearm safety rules.
-Basic Pistol Knowledge: Understand the essential parts and functions of a pistol, including loading, unloading, and basic maintenance.
- Proper Fundamentals: Learn proper grip, stance, sight picture, and trigger control. By the end of this course, you will be able to accurately use your pistol consistently.
- Q&A: Open session for questions and clarifications. We will leave no questions unanswered.
- Participants must be at least 21 years old with exception of a valid CA hunting license, military or accompanied by a guardian.
What to Bring:
- Eye and ear protection (provided if needed).
- Appropriate attire for shooting (closed-toe shoes, warm or cool clothing).
- Personal pistol and ammunition (optional, rentals available).
