In this course, participants will engage in a wide range of activities that fuse together the worlds of tactical shooting and functional fitness. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, your class will include weightlifting, calisthenics, kettlebell exercises, sandbag workouts, farmer carries , all while integrating tactical shooting drills.
